COMMUNITY NOTICE – re: COVID19

First and foremost we hope you and your loved ones are healthy and safe in the current environment.

Gallang Place is very conscious of doing our bit to reduce the risk of spreading this virus to our vulnerable community members – those we have a duty of care to protect, and to the wider community.

Gallang Place will continue to provide services to our community, however we have made some changes to the way we will be delivering these services.

All employees will work from home from 19 March 2020 for 14 days, we believe that this is necessary to reduce the risk of our clients, students and our employees contracting the COVID-19.

All communication, counselling sessions and meetings will be conducted via email or over the phone instead of face-to-face.

We are actioning our business continuity plan, so we are still answering phone calls and emails and will do our best to respond to all enquiries in a timely manner. Please don’t hesitate to contact us at reception@gallangplace.org.au

We will continue to monitor the information from authorities as the pandemic progresses and will provide updates on our services as changes occur and news arises.
